Our Mission:
Creating circumstances where miracles occur
Born of the vision of four sober women, the mission of The Edna House is to give women an opportunity to recover from alcohol and drug addiction by providing a safe, sober place to live and to learn life skills in order to maintain 12-step based sobriety throughout their lifetime.
No judgement, no exclusion
The Edna House does not micromanage a woman’s recovery. Residents care for the house and each other, bonding and avoiding the lonely isolation that can be tempting to give into in early sobriety. Only the willingness to stay sober is needed.
The Edna House saved my life. They loved me until I learned how to love myself. They taught me how to live on life’s terms good and bad. I’m forever grateful to The Edna house.
